Our annual meeting is required to be held within five (5) months after the close of the fiscal year ending June 30. Therefore, our annual meeting will be held during the month of November. The company was originally founded in 1996 and was restructured in 2015 as a holding company, under the leadership of CEO Nicholas Gerber, and began acquiring its current operating subsidiaries. The Company changed its name from Concierge Technologies, Inc. to The Marygold Companies, Inc. in March 2022 simultaneous with an uplist to the NYSE American exchange.
