The Company changed its name from Concierge Technologies, Inc. to The Marygold Companies, Inc. in March 2022 simultaneous with an uplist to the NYSE American exchange.
The Marygold Companies, Inc. is the parent company of seven (7) wholly owned operating subsidiaries and derives its income from their earnings and positive cash flow. That excess cash is then used to acquire other subsidiaries and revenue streams. The Marygold Companies, Inc. provides its subsidiaries with expert management, cash infusion if needed, synergistic resources and centralized accounting to PCAOB standards. Unlike a PE firm, The Marygold Companies, Inc. buys to hold and grow its subsidiaries.
