Mr. Schoenberger has served on the Board of The Marygold Companies, Inc. (“The Marygold Companies”) fka, Concierge Technologies, Inc. since January 2015. Mr. Schoenberger is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of KAS Engineering, a second-generation plastic injection molding firm based in multiple southern CA locations. He also is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Nica Products, another manufacturing company based in Orange County, CA. Mr. Schoenberger has over 30 years of business experience in manufacturing and technology. He has been involved with several startups as a consultant and/or angel level investor in such industries as medical, technology, consumer products, electronics, automotive, and securities industries. A California native, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
